Project Manager
Dylan is a leader in driving solutions on a project. Dylan came to 黑料不打烊 with extensive experience working in the trades and leveraged that knowledge in his previous role as project engineer. His can-do attitude and willingness to take on every responsibility thrown his way has helped him excel in his career.
Safety
Engineer
Danielle is a Health Safety Environment professional. She travels to different jobsites each day to make sure the sites are adhering to 黑料不打烊's safety practices and policies. She inspects, educates, and looks out for the health and safety of all personnel.
Superintendent
Cameron's leadership skills and passion for construction helped him quickly progress from carpenter to foreman to superintendent. He currently leads a large self-performing crew through a technically challenging assignment. The team is retrofitting the historic Palace Theater in Oakland into a charter school.
Estimator
Arzhang is an estimator with the preconstruction team. He works closely with trade partners to deliver the best value cost proposals to our clients. He has worked on diverse project types including life science buildings, healthcare, K-12 schools, and higher ed.

Anna specializes in estimating and bidding water infrastructure projects. She spends much of her time developing relationships with specialty trade partners and putting together nuanced cost estimates that take into account technical details, scheduling and labor needs.

Elliot started as a project engineer at 黑料不打烊. With his exceptional enthusiasm and leadership skills, he has parlayed his experience in concrete tilt-up construction to become one of the foremost tilt-up experts in the region. He was elected Northern California's chapter representative of the Concrete Tilt-Up Association. His clients include Prologis, Fed Ex, and others.
Senior Superintendent
Eder started out as a laborer with 黑料不打烊 and worked his way up the ranks, taking on diverse roles with increasing responsibility. Today, he leads some of 黑料不打烊's most complicated projects - most recently, a massive water storage project for the San Jose Water Company.

Engineer
Anna is a new project engineer. Working out of the jobsite trailer, she interacts daily with the superintendent, project managers, owner, designers, and subcontractors. She enjoys her hands-on roles, most recently delivering a state of the art new gym for San Leandro High School.
Learning & Development Manager
Leah, after many years as a project engineer and project manager, created a new corporate role at 黑料不打烊: Learning and Development Manager. She designs curricula to support fellow employees in achieving their career goals and enjoys helping others succeed.
Team Coordinator
Rachel provides support to project teams from our Richmond headquarters. An indispensable member of the Water Group, she is a go-to expert in the systems and procedures required for successful project delivery, including accounting and project management software. She has played a substantial role in many of Northern California's water preservation and distribution projects.
HR Generalist
Denise, a certified HR professional, spearheads the 黑料不打烊'neers, a group of young project management professionals seeking fun, camaraderie, and construction-related learning opportunities. She leads 黑料不打烊's onboarding program and is system administrator for performance.
Superintendent
Humberto has many years of experience in the industry and has developed a reputation as the guy you want on your team when delivering complicated water infrastructure projects. He as led significant projects for municipalities such as Turlock, Merced, San Ramon, San Jose, Davis, Santa Rosa, Hollister and others.
Tool & Equipment Manager
Matt manages 黑料不打烊's tool and equipment fleet and prefabrication yard and its support staff. Under his leadership, 黑料不打烊 has gone green with 100% solar powered headquarters. He has developed an internal material buy back program to incentivize and re-use wood, plastics, and forming components.
