Subcontract Agreement
Bidders will be required to execute 黑料不打烊’s standard 黑料不打烊 Subcontract, or Purchase Order Agreement. Subcontractors on Federal projects will also be required to sign and comply with 黑料不打烊 Subcontract Addendum B.听

Acceptance of Subcontractor鈥檚 bid is expressly conditioned upon Subcontractor鈥檚 assent to all terms and conditions contained in the applicable 黑料不打烊 standard agreement without modification. By submitting a bid, Subcontractor is certifying that it has read the applicable 黑料不打烊 standard agreement (either the Subcontract Agreement or Purchase Order Agreement) in full and accepts all terms without modification. Further, by submitting a bid, Subcontractor waives any rights or claims it may have to modify the terms of the 黑料不打烊 standard agreement, whether through negotiations, discussions, or other means.
黑料不打烊鈥檚 standard agreements include the right for 黑料不打烊 to require Subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to 黑料不打烊, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price. Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements, which includes providing a waiver of subrogation endorsement to their workers compensation insurance. 黑料不打烊 utilizes the environmentally-friendly Textura electronic invoicing and payment system to streamline and expedite subcontractor invoicing and payment. Service fees charged by Textura for processing of electronic payments to Subcontractor shall be the responsibility of Subcontractor. Please contact our office if you would like more information. We are signatory to both Carpenters and the Laborers Union Collective Bargaining Agreements.
C. 黑料不打烊 & Co. reserves the right to reject any subcontractor or supplier bids.

Registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations: In accordance with California Labor Code Article 1725.5, Contractor and all subcontractors are required to be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to bid or be listed on a bid and/or work on a public works project.听
