Our construction projects are in full swing and we are following Cal/OSHA’s latest guidance.
We are using Safe Site Check In,听a digital听app, to conduct private health screenings and听document听vaccination status for all individuals (employees, subcontractors, and visitors) checking into jobsites and our Richmond and San Jose听offices. Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear face masks听in accordance with CDC and OSHA protocols.听
Our Richmond headquarters have been retrofitted with a听hospital-grade HVAC filtration system and lots of plexiglass. We have moved our cafeteria outside. We continue to听practice shift rotation between home and office locations for some employees.听We continue to听hold most meetings virtually.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Construction Employer鈥檚 Association (CEA) and Carpenter鈥檚 Union, we are continuing to听use听Third-Party Jobsite Safety Accountability Supervisors (JSAS) who visit active jobsites to monitor and report on the quality of our current COVID-19 safety protocols.
