Construction of tertiary treatment plant included aqua-aerobics cloth disk filters and Trojan UV disinfection system. Flood control improvements consisted of three miles of levee fortification. Treatment plant expansion covered the construction of aerated grit tank, 140鈥� primary clarifier, 300鈥� oxidation ditch, and a new 39鈥� effluent pipeline. The existing shop and maintenance building was also expanded. Scope also included replacement of a pump station.
